All items are sent with standard postage via An Post (Ireland) or Royal Mail (NI). If you would like tracked postage or next day delivery please contact me before ordering to arrange this service.

Postage worldwide is also available, contact me for more details.

Returns

If my customers aren’t happy, then i'm not happy! To make sure my customers always have a positive PGD experience, I've designed a generous, fair and transparent store policy.

Personalised items are made to order and are embroidered especially for you so I'm sure you can understand that they can not be returned unless there is something wrong with the item at which time I will be happy to replace the item for you. So please make sure before you order your item that all details supplied are correct and that you are happy to prodeed. Once embroidered it is not possible to remove the stitching.
